The Creative Youth Development National Partnership has appointed 10 members to its National Advisory Committee. Additional advisors will be appointed in the coming months. This cross-sector Committee will play a significant strategic role in helping to shape and vet strategic recommendations for how to advance the field of CYD.

I am a lifelong theater producer and performing arts administrator, the last 15 years in higher education at NYU and Stanford University. During the past year, I have developed a passion for urban youth development through new devised musical theater creation. Have been developing a new program I am calling Free Youth Musicals, based in the Bronx, NY. Presently, I am conferring with experts from several parts of this field to articulate a theory of change for this new program. Am very interested to develop professional relationships in this field.
